Dankness is a mysterious energy force that binds the Cyber together and which encompasses those who are in tune with it, including Meme Masters and Master Trolls. Because of its immense power and mystical nature, dankness has long been revered by the denizens of both the Cyber and the Third Dimension, and various religions center around it. TheChurch of the Dank, one of the oldest and dankest institutions in theUniverse, is dedicated to the worship and study of dankness including the practical application of Meme Magic and Troll Science, the later of which refers to utilizing the power of dankness to usurp the laws of physics, especially in the context of use by Master Trolls. Although dankness itself is not believed to be the binding force of the Third Dimension, the inhabitants of that dimension can and have harnessed its power through the use of Meme Magic. As dankness is central to the cultures of many webzones, various political organizations also purportedly dedicate themselves toward the pursuit of it, including the Dank Party, which is active in many regions of the Cyber.
